JOB BRIEF

We are currently hiring a “Technical Marketing Specialist” to drive our marketing efforts by combining technical expertise with strategical marketing initiatives. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics or related field from a reputable university,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably big four audit companies,
• Competent in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Turkish,
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams) and CRM Systems,
• Well-organized, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills,
• Disciplined for follow-up; ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to details,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• High sense of responsibility,
• No restrictions for domestic or international business trips. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create product pricing systematics, track costs and provide instant price/negotiation support to the Sales team,
• Keep Sales team updated by following orders, production plans and delivery dates,
• Determine sales targets and support Sales team by conducting target market analysis,
• Create profitability analyzes and budget-actual reports,
• Monitor Sales Team’s CRM usage, analyzing data and eliminate deficiencies,
• Prepare marketing reports by conducting competitor and customer analyses,
• Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to gain insights into customer behavior, needs, and industry trends,
• Follow up product development processes by coordinating with R&D Department,
• Ensure coordination between units by attending weekly Sales, Purchasing, Production and Finance Department meetings,
• Prepare presentations for Executive Board meetings and supporting Sales and Marketing Director.
