Groupe Atlantic Site of Izmir is looking for a new Production Engineer!

We continue to product in Gaziemir Aegean Free Zone location with around 370 employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering  (Prefarably Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer)
• More than 3 years experience in production,
• Good level of English (both written and spoken),
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset,
• Ability to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams,
• Lean – Six Sigma, MTM knowledge is a plus,
• Likes to be on field,      
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

Resposible for develop & monitor Production KPI through analytic methdology and technical improvements. Manage labor cost saving, consumable optimization, line balancing, production flow optimization projects.

• Following and filling KPI results, preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports for production,
• Analysing problems, contributing solutions on line (capacity problems, quality problems, safety problems) and monitor action plan,
• Represents the production department as a contributor in new product development and investment projects,
• Leading We-Ga ( Ways to excellence in Groupe Atlantic) production pillar, coordinating related departments through common targets of Groupe Atlantic continuous improvement standarts,
• Supporting team leaders for improvements / kaizen activities, coaching them to use problem solving methodologies,
• Analyse data of time studies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas where productivity can be enhanced,
• Leading, auditing and reporting consumable, labor and technical cost saving projects.
