We are looking for an experienced ERP Specialist to lead our SAP Rise implementation project, focusing on the SD (Sales and Distribution), PM (Plant Maintenance), RE (Real Estate Management), PS (Project System), and CS (Customer Services) modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP implementations and migrations, with in-depth knowledge of these modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the SAP Rise migration process, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption,
• Provide technical and functional expertise in SD and PM modules; support RE, CS, and PS modules as needed,
• Work with tools such as CDS views, ALV, Fiori, BAPI/BADI, IDOC, Web services, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms,
• Contribute to software development on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP),
• Perform business analysis, gather requirements, and identify process improvements,
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns,
• Provide training and ongoing support to users,
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve SAP Rise performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum of 2 years of SAP implementation and migration experience, especially in SD, PM, PS, CS, and RE modules,
• Knowledge of ABAP and Fiori, with experience in SAP Rise projects,
• SAP certification is a plus,
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Problem-solving abilities and experience in system optimization,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Male candidates should have completed military service,
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul or willing to relocate.
