QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Night Audit, who knows modern service techniques by carrying out activities to increase guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills,
- Good knowledge of English
- Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel,
- Solution orientated, motivator, flexible and a team player,
- Open minded view on change and improvements,
- Good understanding of financial controls and night audit processes.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to supervise Front Desk Operation during the night operation.
- Supervise Front Desk operations during night shift to a consistently high standards,
- Monitor the staff's interaction with guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service; resolve discrepancies with respective personnel,
- Prepare night reports to related management and doing night process with mentioned standards
- Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department objectives and policies,
- Conduct pre-shift meetings/line-ups with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business,
- Attend to Guests’ enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments,
- Access all function of computer system according to established procedures and standards,
- Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest satisfaction,
- Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest's experience,
- Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform.
