MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run a facility properly. Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition, we have designed our organisation to deliver successfully and on-time demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 300 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities.
We are looking for a teammate as a Human Resources Specialist to work in our 3rd factory that will start operating in theAegean Free Zone.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources Management, etc.),
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources,
- Preferably previously worked in the Aegean Free Zone, is familiar with the legislation and functioning of the Aegean Free Zone,
- Being familiar with the Labor Law No. 4857, SGK and relevant legislations,
- Experienced in recruitment, training and development processes,
- Fluent in English both verbal and written,
- Can use MS Office programs effectively (especially Excel)
- Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork,
- High planning and organization skills,
- Developed reporting and presentation skills.
Job Description:
- Supporting human resources processes in accordance with legal regulations,
- Supporting recruitment processes,
- Planning orientation trainings for new hires, carrying out HR presentations,
- Supporting corporate development activities,
- Following, reporting and archiving the factory's personnel affairs processes,
- Supporting the payroll process by following up and checking the payroll of employees working in the factory,
- Supporting HSE processes,
- Performing reports and presentations expected by the manager to whom he/she reports.
