Maxx Royal Kemer Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''BAR MANAGER''who has the following qualifications:

• Has a passion for Bar & Mixology
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Has high proficiency in both written and spoken English (and the local language)
• Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
• Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment.
• Ability to motivate and drive the Bar team.
• Leads by example
• A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Creative with an eye for detail
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends

Main Responsibilities

• Set an example by reporting to duty punctually wearing business attire according to the hotels dress code & Maxx Royal grooming standards, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Lead the Bar team to provide the highest standard of service.
• Follow the local and global beverage trends & mixology.
• Responsible all bar and mixology operations.
• Creating bar & cocktail menu.
• Provide and follow up quality of beverage and service standards.
• Hiring and training Bar staff to provide excellent service to the guests.
• Setting and enforcing quality, safety and hygiene controls.
• Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours.
• Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees follow the example.
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage products and services.
• Attend and actively contribute to all relevant staff meetings and hotel trainings.
• Assist in sourcing the best available products.
• Monitor and constantly improve quality and guest satisfaction with the given tools (Leading Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction Survey).
• Assist handling guest complaints.
