QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for 'F&B RESERVATIONS MANAGER'' who has the following qualification

Features That The Candidate Should Have:

  • Requires a minimum of C1 level of English and willing to learn or understand basic-technical Turkish language. Knowledge of Russian language is a huge advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently. Good knowledge of using SEVENROOMS, settings of SEVENROOMS, layout, etc.
  • Experience in Hospitality: Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or related setting, particularly in reservations or front-of-house roles.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple reservations, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized system for tracking bookings.
  • Attention to Detail: Careful attention to details to ensure accuracy in reservations and guest requests.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle issues or complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of F&B Operations: Understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu knowledge and pricing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with reservation management systems and software.
  • Team Leadership: Skills to lead and train staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle peak times effectively.
  • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to diverse guests' needs and preferences, enhancing the overall experience.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to upsell specials or events and promote the restaurant’s offerings effectively.
