QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The brands Bioderma, Esthederm and Etat Pur were born from this idea in order to make NAOS a major international player in Skincare. Today, NAOS is present in 130 countries, remains still resolutely independent, and aims to become globally recognized for the relevance of its vision and the value of its approach. For this purpose, the company is about to move up to a new dimension by expanding from Skincare to Human Care (health, beauty & wellness).

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to work in NAOS Turkey Office located in Maslak, İstanbul.


Basic Qualifications

  • Graduated from related departments of universities such as marketing, statistics, engineering etc.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on performance marketing ( agency experience is prefferred)
  • Deep expertise in advertising tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads. Any different tools such as GA4, Adjust, SA360, DV360, Tiktok Ads, Campaign Manager, RTB House, Criteo etc. is a plus
  • Proficiency at Google Analytics, Adjust, Firebase, Search Console and other analytics tools
  • Knowledge of data management and data analysis is very important
  • Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools such as Looker Studio
  • Knowledge and follow up digital media trends and technologies
  • Highly experienced in digital advertising terminology
  • Competent in performance tracking and improving the performance of existing campaigns
  • Ability to make accurate measurements/evaluations with a data-driven approach
  • Knowledge of third party marketing tools (RTB House, Hotjar, Insider, Criteo, etc.)
  • Advanced level of English
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Experienced in using MS Office programs
  • Agency management experience will be a plus


Responsibilities

  • Management of integration, technical editing and development processes of platforms linked to digital advertising channels such as Merchant Center, Tag Manager, RTB, Google Analytics, Google Ads, FB Manager, TikTok Manager
  • Managing all performance marketing campaigns such as SEA, Remarketing, Display, Programmatic, Affiliate Marketing
  • Plan and execute digital branding investments according to the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with e-commerce category team, owned media, influencer marketing, branding teams
  • Execute and optimize paid advertising channels, identify opportunities by analyzing data from analytics tools
  • Stay updated on media and performance marketing trends to continuously improve strategies
  • Build, plan, and implement acquisition strategies for mobile app traffic, new customers, sales etc.
  • Coordinate with brand, content and creative teams for production projects to create digital content, guiding them with digital insights and needs through high performance aspects
  • Ensuring performance improvement by conducting A/B tests on the channels he/she is responsible for
  • Researching and reporting data from various sources, producing actionable results and facilitating business solutions
  • To ensure the management of marketplace store projects
  • Analyzing and periodically reporting the performance indicators of web and digital campaigns with close monitoring (on daily, weekly and monthly basis)
  • Conduct analytical marketing activities for cross-selling, new customer acquisition and customer retention in collaboration with the digital sales team and brand teams
  • Work closely with the digital agencies to make sure that the job under the agency's responsibility is done correctly and completely
  • Leads digital agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders to achieve excellence in digital marketing
