Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Massage Therapist to join the Regnum Wellbeing Spa Center  as part of its dynamic and professional team, for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025.

Qualifications:

·        Preferably a degree in Physical Education or Recreation

·        At least three years of experience in luxury concept hotels

·        Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa services

·        Sufficient knowledge of anatomy relevant to the profession

·        Ability to adapt to offered spa services

·        Strong sales skills

·        Interest in spa wellness and wellbeing, able to consistently apply new knowledge

·        Good knowledge of LQA standards and the ability to implement them effectively

·        Strong team communication skills

·        Proficiency in at least one foreign language (English is preferred)

·        Capable of complying with company regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions

·        Cordial, patient, and with excellent communication skills

·        Maintains a professional appearance

·        Capable of representing the company in the best possible manner

·        Seeking long-term employment

·        Good planning and organizational skills

·        Good interpersonal skills, communication, and diction

·        Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented

·        Luxury hotel experience is a plus

Job Description:

·        Performing all massages and treatments in full compliance with spa guidelines and service standards

·        Maintaining a warm and positive attitude while serving guests, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience

·        Analysing guests’ skin and body conditions to select and apply the most appropriate massage techniques

·        Performing inventory checks of materials used, identifying shortages, and ensuring prompt replenishment

·        Maintaining the hygiene of equipment used and performing their maintenance according to applicable standards

·        Promoting and selling professional products after treatments and guiding guests to other services

·        Maintaining personal hygiene and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the workspace

·        Keeping massage and treatment areas clean and organized, providing guests with a hygienic and comfortable environment

·        Identifying training needs and communicating them to management, actively participating in training programs

·        Proposing improvements to enhance spa services and striving for the highest level of guest satisfaction

·        Engaging in sales-boosting activities by recommending additional spa services to guests

·        Following all written and verbal instructions given by the Spa Manager and Assistant Manager
