Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Wellbeing Consultant (Spa Receptionist) to join the Regnum Wellbeing Space Center as part of its dynamic and professional team, for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025.

Qualifications:

·        Preferably a graduate of a university or vocational school with a degree in Business Administration or Tourism Management.

·        Experienced in personnel management, daily work plan distribution, and occupational safety.

·        Strong sales skills

·        Professional knowledge in the field

·        Interest in spa wellness and wellbeing, able to consistently apply new knowledge

·        Good knowledge of LQA standards and the ability to implement them effectively

·        Strong team communication skills and proficient in delegating tasks to team members

·        Skilled in product sales

·        Proficient in organizing membership systems efficiently

·        Good knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and proficient in spa software programs.

·        Fluent in at least two foreign languages (English preferred; Arabic, Russian, Turkish, or German)

·        Capable of implementing company regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions.

·        Cordial, patient, and with excellent communication skills.

·        Pays attention to personal appearance.

·        Capable of representing the company in the best possible manner

·        Luxury hotel experience is a plus

Job Description:

·        Promoting the spa centre and providing guests with detailed information about all services and guiding them accordingly

·        Responding to guest requests, managing spa service reservations, and ensuring thorough follow-up of reservations

·        Selling spa services, being responsible for package sales, and suggesting strategies to boost sales

·        Gathering feedback from guests after services and proposing improvements to enhance service quality

·        Mastering the spa management software, meticulously tracking reservations, and proactively identifying and reporting potential issues to management

·        Promoting spa services and encouraging guests to try different services

·        Following reception opening and closing procedures and organizing the distribution of catalogues and brochures.

·        Providing accurate and complete information about spa services during phone calls, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour to ensure guest satisfaction

·        Coordinating between guests and therapists to ensure timely and flawless service delivery
