QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Regnum Asist Agent to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown, set to open in June 2025.

 

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is required, proficient in at least one additional language, preferably German, Russian, or Arabic.
  • Previous experience in a call center or guest relations role is an advantage, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury brand.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Guest-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Open to learning and professional development.
  • Strong teamwork abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Pays attention to detail and accuracy.
  •  It would be appropriate to add a clause that can adapt to flexible working hours and shift work in an office environment.

Job Description

  • Responding to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints received through phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms.
  • Ensuring all guest interactions are handled professionally and courteously, adhering to company standards.
  • Providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations) to fulfill guest requests promptly and effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate call logs and updating the CRM system with guest interactions.
  • Assisting in resolving guest concerns and escalating complex issues to the Call Center Supervisor or relevant management team.
  • Staying informed about hotel occupancy, room availability, and current promotions to assist guests effectively.
  • Supporting loyalty program initiatives by informing guests about benefits and enrollment.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of guest information and adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
