As Renpro, we are seeking an International Sales and Marketing Manager for our group company INOTEL  to support their global expansion.


ABOUT INOTEL  

INOTEL, headquartered in Ankara, Türkiye, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality electrical systems for solar power plants and industrial applications (HV, MV, LV). Renowned for our innovative solutions, we are trusted by industries worldwide. As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to drive our growth and build a robust network of global agents.


JOB OVERVIEW

The International Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding INOTEL’s global presence by identifying, recruiting, and managing international agents and distributors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the electrical or renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong partnerships, and representing INOTEL’s commitment to quality and innovation on a global stage.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand INOTEL’s global agent network across key markets.  

- Identify and onboard new international agents and distributors, focusing on regions with high demand for solar and industrial electrical systems (e.g., Europe, Middle East, Asia, Americas).  

- Manage relationships with existing agents, providing comprehensive support, training, and resources to ensure their success.  

- Achieve sales targets by promoting INOTEL’s product range, including solar solutions, EV chargers, and industrial electrical systems.  

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in target regions.  

- Represent INOTEL at international trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads.  

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored for global markets.  

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with agents and distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.  

- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to the Director of Sales and Marketing.  

- Ensure all sales activities align with INOTEL’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS   

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.  

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the electrical, renewable energy, or industrial equipment sector.  

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful agent/distributor networks globally.  

- Strong understanding of solar power systems, EV charging solutions, and industrial electrical systems (HV, MV, LV).  

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.  

- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, French) are a strong advantage.  

- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time) to meet with agents, attend trade shows, and conduct market visits.  

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.  

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.  

- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse global markets.
