Job Description :

·        Management of different scaled smartphone projects. Working with national and international teams and suppliers during these projects.

·        Management of project and prototype production processes of new models

·        Management of prototype production and tests in different phases. Evaluation of these test reports and test results with R&D teams, verification of local quality and giving mass production conformity approval

·        To follow and report on the commissioning processes of the project from the beginning to the end of the process

·        Understanding about BOM list, Engineering Change Notices, approval sheet and making measurements of 2D and 3D data based on approval sheet

·        Creating new work specifications for the production operators

·        Mechanical analysis of defects detected during production or in the quality of the output, rapid response to these defects, preparation of permanent solution reports and forwarding to the relevant departments.

·        Mechanical, improvements and solving of production and market problems

·        Process improvement and process development studies in line with Production & Quality targets

·        Modeling and making available systems for manual operations, designing systems can be programmed and controlled 

Qualifications :

·        PhD degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar departments of universities.

·        Good knowledge in 3D modeling software programs (Siemens NX is a plus)

·        Experienced in production methods and open to learning

·        Experienced product designing and project management

·        Have good level verbal and written English

·        Good communication skills and teamwork

·        Good knowledge about Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

·        Strong problem solving skills
