QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
  • Strong customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Results-driven mindset to achieve business goals and targets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving revenue, profit, and new customer acquisition targets within the assigned period.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and acquiring new clients.
  • Attending regular meetings with clients and business partners to manage processes effectively.
  • Overseeing and improving operational workflows.
  • Preparing proposals, monitoring negotiation processes, and providing support when necessary.
  • Managing supplier negotiations and procurement processes.
  • Planning priorities, measuring workload, and balancing tasks accordingly.
  • Identifying personal training needs and sharing them with the department manager.
  • Actively contributing to maintaining high productivity and motivation within the team.
  • Collaborating with the department manager on strategic company decisions, engaging with public authorities, and staying updated on regulations.
  • Approving expenses within the assigned budget and managing other authorized expenditures within responsibilities.
