Export Operations Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Faculty of Economics and Administrative or Faculty of Engineering,
•  Advanced level of English,
• At least 2 years of experience in foreign trade operations,
• Having knowledge of incoterms 2022, export and customs clearances processes,
• Having knowledge of bonded warehouse and free zone operation processes,
• Having knowledge of export operations and logistics processes,
• Profiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of ERP/IFS is a plus,
• Strong sense of urgency,
• Strong tracking ability is a must,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented,
• High problem solving and decision making skills,
• Open to development and constantly learning,
• Completed military service for male applicants,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Follow up whole processes for placed orders by the customer,
• Manage export operations ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to international markets,
• Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices,packing lists and other required export documents,
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange transportation and track export shipments,
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers,
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payments,maintaining professional communication throughout the whole process,
• Stay updated on international trade regulations,industry best practices and emerging trends in export operations.
