QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Tourism sector ( corporate event and organizations),
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• People-oriented individual with proven customer management skills,
• No restriction for travel,
• Past experience in MICE Departments,
• Flexibility with working hours,
• High level of computer proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Take part in domestic and international projects as a manager,

JOB DESCRIPTION Plan and execute various events such as conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, and social events

• • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met
  • Create event timelines, budgets, and manage all logistical details
  • Manage event registration, attendee communication, and on-site coordination
  • Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis and reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations related to events
