QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an ideal candidate who embodies a passion for their work, self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail. This team player will play a vital role in supporting our clients' success by focusing on the growth and development of existing clients while also exploring new business opportunities through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements with clients effectively.
- Establish a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, client stakeholders, and internal partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft the best solutions tailored to clients' needs and desired outcomes.
- Coordinate the effective management of the learning journey to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and nurture new strategies to enhance the client and participant experience, contributing to overall business growth.
- Prepare and provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to guide decision-making.
- Participate in the online and in-person Blanchard Global Partner Summits, sharing insights through presentations as needed.
- Represent Blanchard Türkiye at industry exhibitions, contributing to our visibility and industry presence.
**Requirements**
Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken Turkish and English.
Bachelor’s degree (Master's Degree is a plus).
- At least 7 years of experience in sales management, business development, or key account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in the training industry is a significant advantage.
- Proven leadership and team-building experience.
- Analytical skills with a proven ability to approach problems constructively and find solutions.
- Capacity to transform analysis and insights into actionable business plans that drive results.
- Adaptability to manage resources effectively while navigating complexity, change, and ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that facilitate clear and constructive dialogue.
- A proactive entrepreneur with a proven ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with others.
