Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment) | Gemlik,Bursa

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment) who will add value to our company, contribute to processes, and support operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

•           Support developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

•           Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes

•           Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs

•           Put forward creative ideas in engaging employees and supporting stronger internal communication across the organization

•           Perform behavioral, competency, and skill-based interviews both in English and Turkish to assess candidate qualifications against agreed-upon position requirements and competencies

•           Provide strong candidate experience during the recruitment process and strong employee experience during the full life cycle as well

•           Comply with all required policies & local labor law

What We’re Looking For:

•           Bachelor's degree from related departments, such as Social Sciences,Business       Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering

•           Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR recruitment processes

•           Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

•           Fluent in English (both written & verbal)

•           Proficiency in MS Office applications

•           Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

•           Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
