We are looking "Organizational Development Executive" for our company which has located at Tuzla.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor’s degree from related fields (Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics etc.)
• Minimum 5 years experience with compensation and benefits,
• SAP HR module is preferred,
• Good knowledge in HAY methodology,
• Excellent written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, advanced excel skills,
• Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills, strong communication and high reporting skills,
• Residing/will be residing in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the healthy functioning of the performance management process, carrying out the goal setting, review and evaluation process,
• Participating the salary & fringe benefits researches and build wage structure according to company strategy,
• Prepare HR budget, following and prepare HR reports,
• Participate of digital HR projects,
• Managing job evaluation process,
• Preparation of periodic dashboard reports.
