We are looking "Training and Development Senior Specialist" for our company which has located at Tuzla.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering,
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience; preferably Learning & Development, Talent Management, Career Management,
  • Experienced in SAP HR module,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications,
  • Residing/will be residing in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyse the training and development needs of all employees to determine organizational, professional and personal training necessities and creating L&D plan,
  • Planning and organizing internal & external soft skill, technical and legal trainings,
  • Design and implement training and development programs tailored to the needs of the employees,
  • Research, organize and implement training aimed at improving the basic, functional and leadership competencies of the employees and be responsible for the measurement-evaluation and reporting processes,
  • Develop, implement, and follow up on measurement and evaluation tools that will be used to evaluate and develop training program,
  •   Discussing staff needs, screening applications, conducting interviews and offer process and onboarding,
  • Participating in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers, recommending suitable career,
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
