Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in labour economics, business administration, economics, or industrial engineering,
• Minimum 3-5 years of payroll expertise,
• Worked in production companies and experienced in union processes,
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken),
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications,
• Good knowledge of wage evaluation
• Analytic mindset and ability to solve problems,
• Strong communication, self-motivated and positive attitude with a high level of energy,
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)

What you'll do

• Ensure that all legislation adapts to the company in accordance with the Labor Law, Social Security Institution, and İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) legislation and regulations,
• Prepare necessary reports using the PDKS (Employee Attendance Control System) program,
• Collaborate with global HR teams,
• Monitor absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements,
• Ensure the correct application of all payroll-related legislation,
• Support and monitor the annual budget,
• Provide necessary payroll reports and analysis,
