QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Coneco Çorlu / Ulaş plant, which operates in the food packaging sector, we are looking for QUALITY MANAGER  with the following qualifications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 ·  Graduated from Chemical or Food Engineering,

 ·  5+ years of experience in the food or food packaging industry

 ·  Knowledge of Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety) and Quality Standards (BRCGS Packaging, ISO, Sedex/Smeta, FSC/PEFC, HACCP) and experienced in relevant audits in these fields,

 ·  Experienced in food and packaging regulations

 ·  Experienced in estblishing and keeping up-to-date of internal quality documentation (including standards, technical specifications, quality guidelines)

 ·  Experienced in monitoring compliance with local and international regulations within the scope of food safety and hygiene.

·  Experienced in management of complaints from customers and to suppliers. 

·  Fluency in English

·  Residing in the vicinity of Çorlu/Ulaş plant.

·  Having a customer-first mentality, giving highest priority on customer complaints, leading the analysis for root-causes, remedial actions and preventive activities

·  Understanding the importance of team-work, caring for effective communication and pursuing a result-oriented approach,

 · Being systematic and strict in internal documentation and traceability requirements

 · Effective in planning and organization and focused on problem-solving,

 ·  Careful while being agile and dynamic

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Responsible for the Quality Assurance tasks within the company. Ensuring compliance to local and international food packaging regulations. Leading certification audits and ensuring compliance to BRCGS Packaging, ISO, Sedex/Smeta, FSC/PEFC standards. Leading Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety directives of the company.  Running constructive communications within the company in the context of Quality Assurance vision and mindset.
