We are looking for a System Specialist to be assigned to our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
• Knowledge of all roles and features (AD, IIS, DHCP, DNS, NPS, WSUS, etc.) in Windows Server systems
• Experienced in Exchange Server, Lync/Skype for business administration and problem- solving
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Office 365, Azure, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of system architecture and virtualization technologies
• Experienced in virtualization frameworks, such as Hyper-V and/or VMware ESXi
• Experienced in managing enterprise backup systems, preferably Veeam and Acronis
• Experienced in disaster recovery scenarios
• Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting enterprise-level systems, such as operating systems, databases, and middleware
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP)) are highly desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Requirements:

• Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of complex IT systems
• Design and implement system architectures, configurations, and integrations according to requirements and industry best practices
• Oversee system installations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to system performance, security, and integration
• Conduct system performance monitoring and analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilities
• Provide technical support to domestic and international subsidiaries of the Group
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that align with the Group
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
