QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of leading motor manufacturer. The company produces reliable, consistent and high-efficient motors from 0.55 and 500 kW with 350 employees. Now we are looking forOEM Sales Manager.

**This position is open for candidates who lives in Turkey fluent in Turkish and English**

The Profile

  • Graduated from Engineering departments of prominent universities preferablyElectric/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Graduated preferably MBA
  • Minimum 10 years of experience is required solution design and project management with using motors, invertors, reductors or drives.
  • Strong leadership skills are required for leading OEM Sales team in domestic market.
  • The position requires outstanding communication skills, technical product knowledge, financial skills, for offering attractive, feasible and sustainable solutions to potential OEM clients. 
  • Having a manufacturer network who use electric motors in their process will be a strong asset.
  • Preferably resident in Anatolian Side of İstanbul
  • No barrier for frequent international travelling for business purposes.
  • We are looking for someone who is ambitious and has proved success records with high level of energy and motivation.

Job Description

  • The person directly reports to General Manager
  • Delivers leadership to OEM Sales Team that has three Specialists
  • Develop strategic plan for OEM sales. Targeting potential industries and segmenting potential clients.
  • The target of the position is hiring new OEM manufacturers who use electric motors.
  • Collaboratively working with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance department in order to fulfill requirements of clients.
  • Managing customized motor manufacturing projects of OEM clients.
  • Sourcing other products from 3rd party suppliers that completes the solution with asynchrony electric motors such as inverters, gearboxes and drives.
  • Visiting sectoral exhibitions periodically every year and building new business relations with potential clients.
