HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist for our company which is a world's leading automotive technology company.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’ s degree in Engineering departments of Universities,

·       Minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development processes, preferably in manufacturing companies,

·       Advanced level English,

·       Strong command of MS Office,

·       Analytical mindset for efficient analysis and reportings,

·       Strong problem solving abilities,

·       Strong communication skills.

Job Description

Our new colleage will be responsible for

·       Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Onboarding andEmployee Engagement processes in guidance of Group HR Policies and Procedures

·       Preparation and monitoring plant communication & motivation plan and conduction of related activities

·       Supporting functions for implementation of employee empowerment requirements

·       Reporting and HR analytics processes
