Process Quality Engineer

The world's leading wheel manufacturer Maxion Wheels is looking for a "Process Quality Engineer" for the Maxion Inci Aluminum Commercial Vehicle Wheels (ATA) plant located in Manisa Industrial Zone.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry

• Strong expertise in process quality control process

• Informed on IATF16949 Automotive Quality Management System

• Experienced in 8D and problem solving techniques (Ishikawa, 5 why, etc.)

• Informed and experienced on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA

• Knowledge of using and interpreting measurement equipment

• Preferably knowledgeable and implemented in modern improvement techniques (Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, etc.)

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

• Excellent decision-making skills with a result-oriented approach

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Having analytical thinking and a systematic perspective

• High focus on continuous improvement

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications

• No obstacle to domestic and international travel

• Male candidates must have completed military service

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing product, production, and incoming quality control processes 

• Taking an active role in product & process audits

• Ensuring that quality performance indicators such as scrap, rework, etc. are monitored within the company, preparing and monitoring action plans for continuous improvement

• Initiating and monitoring Corrective and Preventive Activities regarding non-conformities

• Ensuring that Quality Plans are used effectively

• Following up actions to ensure that internal non-quality costs are periodically reduced. 

• Follow the calibration and maintenance needs of the measuring devices used in the enterprise

• To carry out Measurement System Analysis studies.
