Providing service with the principle of perfect customer satisfaction in an area of 1,040,500 m2 in Antalya Belek region, Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort is expanding its team.
Maxx Royal Kemer Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for''MAXX ASSISTANT MANAGER' who has the following qualifications;
Features That The Candidate Should Have:
- The Maxx Assistant Manager is a dedicated leader and an essential member of the Maxx Assistant Team, an enhanced Guest Experience Department. He/She shares the team’s enthusiasm for excellence and are passionate about creating an outstanding service experience.
- The Maxx Assistant Manager coordinates with all operational departments and contributes to maintaining a luxurious guest experience, providing exceptional quality, and personalized service to all guests.
- For this highly demanding position, we are looking for leaders with a high level of attention to detail, strong work ethics, and proper people management skills. Additionally, the ability to multitask and prioritize is essential.
- The Maxx Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing initiatives and ideas to enhance the overall Guest Experience. He/She seeks out opportunities to create personalized experiences in all outlets and facilities of the resort.
- He/She manages the Resort’s Arrival and Departure experience, coordinating and liaising with all operational departments to ensure the highest level of guest experience is constantly provided.
- The Maxx Assistant Manager manages the Maxx Assistant team, including Agents, Office Coordinators, Lobby Ambassadors, and Room Inspectors.
- He/She is responsible for interviewing, training, and scheduling the team. Additionally, He/She contributes to conducting performance reviews regularly and coaching staff when needed to maintain a consistent level of service quality. The Maxx Assistant Manager reviews daily arrivals to ensure maximum guest recognition and satisfaction with a diligent focus on all Special Attention, First Timers, and Return Guests. He/She must oversee the inspection of guestrooms and ensure readiness for an ideal arrival experience according to guest preferences and needs.
- The Maxx Assistant Manager handles guest complaints and interactions in all areas of the hotel with a high level of professionalism that reflects the proper image of the company. He/She also answers all guests’ inquiries about the hotel services, facilities, hours of operations, events and shows, directions, etc., accurately and promptly.
- The Maxx Assistant Manager must be a willing team player who actively contributes to their team to manage them properly and smoothly. He/She must also complete tasks and meet guest expectations in an organized, accurate, and professional manner. Additionally, He/She must have the ability to be visible in the operation, provide continuous recognition, promote positive communication, and handle concerns and special requests for guests.
- He/She must show a high level of flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to follow the company’s cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
- At least two years of management experience within the Rooms division/Guest Relations.
- Candidate must be fluent in English and Turkish, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages is an asset, with Russian being highly preferred
- Ability to follow the company’s cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers within and outside of the department.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills and abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
- Continuous standing for a long time during the shift.
