Human Resources Executive /İnsan Kaynakları Uzmanı

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our HR team in Antalya Office in Türkiye. The role will report to the HR Manager and must be a team player who will ensure the requests from the management team & team members.

Description

• Being responsible for all HR operations; payroll, payslip operations, onboarding, exit process, career management processes,
• Following up on hiring decisions; documentation process for employee hiring,
• Realizing and following up on employee engagement activities,
• Performance management, exit and disiplinary processes
• Preparing weekly/montly reports and following HR budget
• Executing day-to-day operations of all HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree,
• At least 2 years experiences of in Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Strong communication skills,
• Based in Antalya,
• Fluent in English (both excellent written and verbal communication skills),
• Strong communication skills and Strong self-motivation, ability to promote new ideas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Having a good command of Labor Law and SSI legislation, following current developments
