QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Regnum Hotels, one of the leading brands in the accommodation sector located in Belek Tourism Center, is looking for teammates to join our dynamic and professional team in the Guest Experience Department as Guest Relations Assistants at Regnum Carya and the soon-to-open Regnum The Crown, which will open its doors in June 2025."

Requirements and skills:

• Graduated from a four-year university, preferably with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Philology or Linguistics.

• Fluency in Turkish or English is required, and proficiency in at least one additional language such as Russian, French, German, Polish, Romanian, Dutch, or other related languages is considered an advantage.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality.

• Proficient in MS Office programs; familiarity with Fidelio Suite 8 or similar hotel management systems is an advantage.

• Committed to ensuring absolute guest satisfaction and solution-oriented, with the ability to respond promptly to guest requests, demonstrating strong persuasion and communication skills. 

• Well-spoken, team-oriented, presentable, friendly, and attentive to personal grooming and appearance.

• Adaptable to a shift-based working system.


Responsibilities:

• Providing information on hotel facilities, services, and events.

• Coordinating special guest requests (e.g., birthdays, surprises).

• Organizing restaurant reservations and special events.

• Collecting guest feedback and forwarding it to relevant departments.

• Listening to guest complaints or requests empathetically and offering solutions.

• Resolving issues quickly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Recording daily tasks and events, ensuring proper handover during shift changes.

• Maintaining a friendly, patient, and guest-focused attitude.

• Displaying professional behavior in line with hotel standards.
