QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for aCRM Agent reporting to the all Departments to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown, set to open in June 2025.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is required, proficient in at least one additional language, preferably German or Russian.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a CRM or customer relations role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury brand.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Fidelio Suite 8, ReviewPro or similar software).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to personal and professional development and growth.
  • Ability to prioritize guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong teamwork abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Pays attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Description

  • Managing guest profiles and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Monitoring guest preferences and preparing personalized communication and offers to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborating with the Front Office, Reservations, and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Analyzing guest data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for marketing and service improvement.
  • Handling guest feedback and reviews across various platforms and responding appropriately in line with company standards.
  • Ensuring that all guest data is handled securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed reports on guest preferences, stay history, and feedback for management review.
  • Assisting with loyalty program development and implementation
  • Staying informed about company promotions, sales procedures, and marketing initiatives.
  • Fulfilling any other tasks requested by management related to guest relations and CRM operations.
  • Responding to e-mails in Turkish and other languages ??in a timely manner,
  • Translation of all comments into Turkish and saving them in the system in accordance with Turkish grammar rules, grammatical proficiency in Turkish language
