Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the field
• Fluent in at least two of the following languages: German, Russian, and English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solution-oriented, able to work efficiently and fast
• Team player
• Willing to work in shifts
• Committed to providing friendly service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Pays attention to appearance and grooming

Job Description

• Welcoming guests with a warm attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and effectively providing them the necessary information
• Offering detailed guidance to guests about the hotel, its amenities, services and facilities.
• Directing guests accurately to ensure they receive the services and facilities they need, coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
• Delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring a comfortable accommodation experience.
