We invite you to work as a "Guest Assistant Agent"in theGuest Relations department of ourTITANIC LUXURY COLLECTION BODRUM hotel operating in the Bodrum/Muğla region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.
- Greet guests and make them feel at home.
- Share your deep knowledge of our facilities, services, and all we offer.
- Address guest requests promptly and accurately, ensuring every interaction leaves a smile.
- Collaborate seamlessly with departments like Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Kids Club, and more.
- Handle guest feedback with care—recording complaints, suggestions, and compliments in the Elektra system.
- Ensure every issue or special request is resolved to perfection.
- A university degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 1 year in Guest Relations, Front Office, or the luxury hotel industry.
- Fluency in Turkish, English, and/or Russian, German, or Arabic.
- Available to work all shifts (8:00–24:00), weekends, and holidays, with one day off weekly.
- Strong communication, multitasking, time management, and cultural sensitivity.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, tolerance, and a team-first attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, walk and stand for extended periods.
