QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate of a Tourism Vocational School or Tourism Vocational High School,
• Proficient in English communication,
• Strong leadership and organizational skills,
• Able to adapt to shift work and flexible working hours,
• Attentive to personal appearance and hygiene,
• Experience in guest relations and fine dining service is a plus,
• Living in or able to relocate to Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression,
• Oversee the hostess team and manage reservations efficiently,
• Coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover,
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing high-quality service and handling special requests,
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations,
• Uphold company standards and policies while delivering an exceptional dining experience.
