About The Role
As a Partner Sales Manager at Flexiva, you will play a pivotal role in the Partner Sales team. You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and supporting partners to ensure they achieve sales goals and adhere to Flexiva standards. Acting as the primary liaison between partners and Flexiva, you will provide guidance, feedback, and resources to drive net-new revenue.
In this dynamic position, you will oversee partner performance, support the full lifecycle of new partner onboarding, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. You will also gather and communicate market insights to internal teams, ensuring that Flexiva remains agile and competitive.
Partner Recruitment: Identify, qualify, and recruit new business partners aligned with Flexiva’s strategic growth goals, ensuring strong business plan alignment.
- Partner Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners through regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and strategic planning, in collaboration with the Channel Success and Marketing teams.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure efficient and consistent channel strategies that support partners in securing new revenue.
- GTM Strategy: Work with partners to design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) and marketing plans to generate demand and boost revenue.
- Own and grow Flexiva’s indirect sales pipeline by managing strategic partner relationships, expanding their customer base, and driving revenue growth
- Partner Program Management: Oversee contracts, agreements, and rewards programs to optimize partner satisfaction and performance while ensuring compliance.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the partner within Flexiva, providing actionable feedback on the partner program, market trends, and customer requirements to internal teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and clients, ensuring a deep understanding of Flexiva’s solutions and competitive advantages
- Market Awareness: Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue goals and partner sales results, and present updates to senior management on channel operations and growth prospects.
- Sales Cycle Support: Assist partners throughout the sales process, from presenting value propositions to finalizing contracts.
- Represent Flexiva at key industry events, including conferences, executive networking sessions, and thought leadership roundtables
What you bring to the table
- Proven 5+ years’ experience in channel sales, partner relationship management, or a similar role, ideally within the building materials industry.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to articulate Flexiva’s value proposition and persuade partners to engage with or remain within the channel program.
- Excellent communication skills both Turkish and English to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including partners and internal teams. Knowledge of third language (eg. Arabic or French) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance and market opportunities.
- A track record of driving continuous improvement and effectively managing change.
- Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
- A collaborative mindset, ready to work across teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- A university degree in a plus
