QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The company serves as a primary business partner for Chinese automotive brands in the international arena and has successfully expanded its operations in Turkey and the Balkans. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the company's sales strategies to achieve set targets and contribute to long-term business growth.
- Coordinate and manage the performance of sales teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal results.
- Analyze trends in the automotive sector, customer expectations, and competitive landscape to develop innovative and strategic sales plans.
- Leverage sales data, market research, and customer insights to prepare regular reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to create a competitive advantage in the automotive market and expand market share.
- Oversee and manage cross-functional projects to strengthen the sales operations, including sales training programs, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and internal teams, to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales operations role within the automotive sector or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing large teams (sales and after-sales) and driving performance improvements across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, and customer needs.
- Possess advanced spoken and written English skills, with proficiency in a second foreign language (Russian) being a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
