Parallel to its growth in Turkey and worldwide, Lufian is expanding its team with talented, knowledgeable, and visionary leaders. We are currently looking for a Production and Supply Chain Director to join our team!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering from a university.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and production processes.
• Strong knowledge of international men’s and women’s apparel production and supply chain processes.
• Experience in supplier management rather than direct production, with a proven ability to oversee and optimize supply chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent time management and coordination skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, proactivity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in cost analysis and full understanding of pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication skills are required).
• No restrictions on international travel.

Job Description:

• Managing collection, order, and production processes to ensure timely and high-quality product supply.
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and identifying new sourcing opportunities for new products.
• Actively participating in collection development, conducting product evaluations, and overseeing all production phases.
• Ensuring collections align with target customer expectations and profit margins, delivering the right price and quality balance.
• Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure collections are delivered on schedule.
• Conducting price structure analyses, ensuring target profit margins are met while remaining competitive.
• Following fashion trends, guiding design teams with a commercial perspective, and contributing to product development.
• Developing strategic supply chain management plans to optimize procurement and production processes.
• Overseeing production and logistics processes, creating strategies for cost efficiency.
• Analyzing market trends and updating procurement strategies accordingly.
