Job Description:

1. Under the guidance of the human resources center of headquarter, formulate the annual human resources plan, the implementation of related systems and programs, and cooperate with the implementation of the headquarter human resources programs and policies.

2. According to the development needs of the company, analyze the manpower needs of the department, draw up a recruitment plan to meet the recruitment needs of the department.

3. Develop, maintain, evaluate and analyze various recruitment channels, manage and effectively control annual recruitment costs and budgets.

4. Responsible for job market research, know the market salary of different positions

5. Support HQ’s salary, performance, employee relations and other related work.

6. Other administrative and manpower related work assigned by HQ.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in human resources, psychology and law are preferred.

2. Rich experience in HR industry, working background in supply chain companies is preferred.

3. Familiar with various national personnel and labor laws and regulations, and understand the application of labor laws and regulations in enterprises

4. Strong learning ability, proactive and organized work, good time awareness and teamwork awareness, excellent communication skills and stress resistance
