QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Providing service with the principle of perfect customer satisfaction in an area of 1,040,500 m2 in Antalya Belek region, Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort is expanding its team.

Maxx Royal Kemer Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for''MAXX ASSISTANT AGENT'' who has the following qualifications;

Features That The Candidate Should Have:

  • The MaxxAssistant Agent plays a crucial role within the MaxxAssistant Team, an advanced Guest Relations Department dedicated to delivering exceptional and personalized service to our guests.
  • We are seeking individuals with a keen attention to detail and strong work ethics. The ability to multitask and prioritize is essential for this demanding position.
  • Responsibilities of the MaxxAssistant Agent include ensuring maximum guest recognition and satisfaction, with a specific focus on Special Attention, First Timers, and Return Guests. The agent will handle guest interactions professionally, discreetly, and hospitably, addressing special requests, resolving issues, and assisting with inquiries.
  • Daily tasks involve reviewing arrivals for proper guest handling, including pre-arrival communication, check-in, room orientation, and setup. The MaxxAssistant Agent collaborates closely with operational departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Sports Academy, and others to follow up on guest requests or feedback throughout their stay.
  • The MaxxAssistant Agent must respond to a variety of guest requests across different departments, accurately assessing needs and providing personal recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • A successful MaxxAssistant is a cooperative team player contributing actively to task completion and meeting guest expectations with professionalism and organization. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must. 
  • Candidates who meet the criteria will join the team in April.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

  • Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
  • The candidate must be fluent in both verbal and written English and Turkish (Knowledge of other languages is an asset).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, both in person and over the telephone.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside the department.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of different national and cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to function under pressure, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Continuous standing for an extended period during the shift.
