About the Job

This is an opportunity to work with the fastest-growing logistics start-up in Turkey that was incepted in 2016 in UAE followed by forays in KSA in 2018, Egypt in 2020, Pakistan in 2021 and now expanding aggressively across the Middle East, North Africa, and the wider region.

We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to lead the strategy of the company, the sales reporting process and help us continue to have a more analytical way of reporting cycle and support the business in terms of enlarging in different regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the international road import/export transportation of key customers,

• To provide instant feedback and report to the relevant manager about operational processes,

• Developing and expanding the existing customer and supplier portfolio,

• Preferably to have a supplier portfolio in Turkey and abroad,

• To transmit fast and accurate information to operational information requests from the direct sales team and foreign agencies,

• Participating in routine customer meetings and visits to improve relations with existing customers,

• To monitor the operational income-expenditure items regularly and report them to the relevant manager on a weekly basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields,

• Advanced level of both written and spoken English is a must,

• Having at least 2-3 years of experience in road transportation specifically in export/import operations,

• Strong sense of responsibility,

• Strong capability of control and organizational skills,

• Customer-oriented attitude,

• Quick thinking and result oriented,

• Having high degree communication skills,

• High internal motivation and openness to both learning and development,

• A clear understanding and advanced knowledge of MS Office programs,

• No military obligation for male applicants.

• Residing or able to reside in the Asian side of Istanbul.
