QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
INTERNATIONAL SALES SPECIALIST
Tamaki Group is a leading manufacturer of high-quality food products specializing in Asian, Pan-Asian, Fusion, and fast-food cuisine. Our diverse portfolio includes over 100 items, ranging from seaweed selections such as chuka salad and nori, to high-protein panko breadcrumbs, tempura breading mix, wasabi, and Japanese mayonnaise. We also offer an extensive variety of dressings, rice vinegar, and sauces catering to global culinary preferences. Our products are available in convenient packaging sizes, making them ideal for both retail and HoReCa segments.
Qualifications:
-Emotional stability, organization
-Accuracy in completing tasks, focus on results.
-Willingness to step out of your comfort zone and multitask.
-Willingness to develop and learn new things.
-High communication skills (active listening, empathy, tact, negotiation skills, knowledge of basic sales techniques, etc.).
-Ability to negotiate at the level of top officials of the company; Skill in working with scripts (will be an advantage).
-B2B sales experience in the HoReCa segment (will be an advantage).
-Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
-Efficient computer skills including Office programs,
-English (C2-Advanced) is a must.
-Arabic /Turkish / Russian- Advanced (will be an advantage).
Job Description:
-Creation of a database of potential clients, its development and content in order to create long-term relationships with clients (mostly in the HoReCa segment).
-Conducting telephone conversations with potential clients, including:
-Making 20 effective phone calls per day (= 1 hour 40 minutes of pure phone time) with restaurants, large HoReCa distributors and retail distributors
-Sending catalogs, price lists, product samples to distributors.
-Preparation, coordination and sending of sales proposals.
-Drawing up and signing contracts, monitoring the conclusion of contracts.
-Processing and sending orders, supporting the transaction until its completion.
-Analysis of the competitive environment.
-Resolving operational issues for clients.
-Fulfillment of the sales plan.
-Increase in sales volumes.
-Control over customer accounts receivable.
-Traveling on business trips to assigned countries for meetings with distributors.
-Participation in food exhibitions 1-2 times a year.
-Maintaining reporting of sales calls, meetings, proposals and other sales activities in CRM.
